Can't I apply for a visa myself? I can call the IND!

If you’ve got all the time in the world, you could complete the application by yourself. But did you know that even we get confusing information from the IND sometimes? And you always get different people on the phone, giving you different advice. We sometimes get a rejection, that we successfully defend, only to receive approval days later. So be prepared to spend a lot of time chasing the right people for the right information!

It’s common knowledge that any visa application takes 90 days from the moment you submit. But we also know from experience that it takes people a lot of extra time to prepare the application. Months extra to be precise. So if you want to save yourself a lot of stress and headache we recommend you book a free consultation on our website.

Can't I just call the IND for help?!

Great question. It’s true that you can call the IND for help. But you will be waiting in a queue for a long time before you get to speak to someone. And most clients we help complain about the mixed information they get from the IND. Doing such an important step of your relocation yourself could result in the whole relocation not happening. Or getting a huge delay in your move to the Netherlands. Because you didn’t fill out a form correctly, or you forgot to send a document that is necessary. Do you really want your move to start like that?

It’s not like an IND employee will be on the phone with you for every step of the application. Guiding you through the application whilst they give you tips. If it was like that, then sure, call the IND and get the application done. But it’s not like that, the complete opposite actually. So if you want help from a person, that will be with you for every step of the process. Who you can ask any question, also outside office hours. A person that will help you make the best application possible. Than dutchify immigration services is something you want to book!

I'll book your service if my application gets rejected!

And we will be happy to help you all the same if you do it like this. But please realize that a visa application costs money. The IND will charge you a fee for your submission, and getting rejected might result in re-applying. And we will need to check your application before we start the service to reapply. And you will also lose a lot of time if you first apply by yourself. Time that we cannot get back for you, because all visa applications take roughly the same time to be evaluated by the IND.

In short, you can try by yourself, but it will cost more money and time to do so. Especially if your application gets rejected!

What can I expect to pay for Immigration Services?

We always charge a starting fee, this accounts for all the research we need to do into your case. And all the questions we need to answer.
We also estimate the hours we need for your case. And we base this estimate on previous cases that are like you.
Towards the end of the application we will do an assessment of the total work we have done to complete your case.
This final assessment might give you some extra costs, or a refund of hours that we did not spend.
We will always give you a heads up before we charge more. So you are in full control of the costs.

Can you guarantee results when I take your service?

For immigration services, we cannot 100 % guarantee results! Because we are not the IND! But we can guarantee you that you have the best chance of getting your visa accepted.
